Féminin Pluriel is a network of professional women, created 30 years ago in Paris, with the aim of fostering exchanges between women and benefiting from their mentorship. Today, Féminin Pluriel is present in many cities across Europe.

The Féminin Pluriel Nouvelle Aquitaine Club was co-founded in 2017 by Elena Cognasso-Labrousse as President, Jennifer Szersnovicz as Vice-President and Treasurer, Isabella Tater as Vice-President, and Albane de Roffignac as Communications Officer. Since then, our Board has expanded, with Irène Doreau joining us as Secretary.

Based in Cognac and extending across Nouvelle Aquitaine, we have around twenty committed members from various sectors, including Cognac trading and distilling, event communication, marketing, law, human resources, consulting, CSR, healthcare, wellness, gourmet pleasures and natural products, as well as art and culture, with both national and international cultural influences. The diversity of life paths, professional mobility, and experiences among FP women has led to wonderful synergies and rich exchanges of knowledge and skills, both personally and professionally.

“Women of mind, heart, and action,” FP members share values of friendship and development, as well as our commitment to supporting charitable, social, and/or cultural initiatives.

Every month, we organize friendly and welcoming gatherings around conferences led by professionals to explore different fields of activity: artists, athletes, authors, leaders, experts, consultants, and coaches, whether local or international. Our events are open and accessible several times a year to people interested in our topics, both in our personal and professional circles.

Once a year, we also have the opportunity to meet members of the Féminin Pluriel Global Club internationally and organize interclub meetings.

The goal of our Association is to expand our professional network, benefit from the sharing of experiences and expertise, continue our personal and professional development, and raise funds for a cause that supports women.

What sets us apart? We embody diverse, multifaceted lives in all their variety. Some of us have international careers or are geographically mobile, we hold leadership roles, work as independent professionals, some have changed career paths, we bring together different generations, and we have family lives… We balance our personal, professional, and social lives, as well as our commitments to associations, sports, arts, and culture.
